12-Can I take an electronic cigarette on a flight?

1.Electronic cigarettes are allowed on the plane, but the battery must be carried with you and not checked in.
2. Batteries must be carried with you and have a capacity mark, preferably in a battery box.
3. Cigarette oil should preferably be checked in, as there are risks associated with carrying it with you.
It is possible to carry e-cigarettes on flights, and there is no airport where security does not allow e-cigarettes to be carried.

For e-cigarettes with built-in lithium batteries, they must be carried on board and cannot be checked in. Batteries are not allowed on domestic flights and cannot be checked in, such as rechargeable batteries, as normal ticketing staff will remind you verbally. One detail to note is that when going through manual security, it is best to take your e-cigarette out in a basket with your laptop, iPad, Kindle, mobile phone or whatever.
In different airports and under different strict control, different situations may arise. If you do not want to incur unnecessary losses due to sudden changes in special inspection status, it is best to:

1.E-cigarette without battery (ignore this article for built-in battery).

2, 18650 batteries should have capacity markings and be packed in a small box (or put together as a rechargeable battery as described above).

3, vape oil is not carried with you, all checked in.


This way there will basically be no problems with any more stringent checks.
